Sandsurfing and skimming originated in the South Seas islands. The people of these islands found great pleasure in running, diving, and sliding on their chests and stomachs in the wet sand left by the receeding surf. Over the years we have developed various types of vechicles to enhance the pleasure recieved from this desire to ride the wet sand and shallow water at the surf's edge.

Today we have a large selection of finely crafted skimboards of all shapes, sizes, and compositions available to us. Some boards are for sandsurfing, some are for wave riding and some do both. This is an exciting, rapidly growing sport. We are confident that will be a different and fun addition to this already popular past time.
