The pi-board is a new and exciting addition to the skim board world. Our circular sandsurfers are sure to draw a crowd where ever they go. Their unusual shape and bold graphics have all beach goers stopping and looking. Once you are set and riding a receeding surf or wet sand you will be turning lots of heads. These things have experienced board enthusiasts and novices enjoying a long stable ride along the beach. An intermediate level rider can easily cruise thirty to forty yards fast and smooth. (our longest measured ride to date is seventy-three yards.) While riding, as you observe the changing surf ahead, you can kick the board out into a new direction run and remount it for a continued ride. And, if you have the lungs and legs you can run and ride the whole length of the beach. People shake their heads in disbelief when these boards fly by. Headstands, handstands,rotations,360's, and combinations are just some of the stunts we have performed on pi-boards. Even a little break dancing has been observed. The large flat top surface, ease of balance and long length of ride make this vehicle the perfect platform for performing stunts. For the beginners these user friendly boards will have you gliding twenty yards and looking like a pro in less than an hour. The size and circular shape of the board provides a smooth and stable platform on which balance is easily attained. We have trained riders from the age of five to fifty years old and it seems to take the same amount of time for all to aquire the basic skill. It was one of our objectives to produce a board which brings fun and pleasure to people of all skill levels. Our boards are meant to be used by all age groups.
